Top Film & Television Apps on iOS in Israel Q4 2024

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top film and television applications on the iOS platform in Israel demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads and active users. This analysis is based on data from Sensor Tower.

TodayTix – Broadway Tickets from TodayTix, LLC saw its weekly downloads fluctuate throughout the quarter. Starting at approximately 157 downloads in early October, the app experienced peaks and troughs, reaching a high of 215 downloads in the week of October 7 and ending the year with 138 downloads. Active users showed a similar pattern, beginning at 912 and slightly decreasing to 805 by the end of December.

Cinema City סינמה סיטי exhibited an upward trend in weekly downloads. Beginning at 90 downloads at the start of the quarter, the app's downloads increased significantly, peaking at 248 downloads in the week of December 23.

HOT CINEMA also experienced growth in downloads. Starting from 55 downloads, the app peaked at 146 downloads in mid-December, showcasing a consistent increase in user interest.

AMC Cinemas KSA had minimal activity in terms of downloads, with numbers ranging between 3 and 7 throughout the quarter. Active users remained low, with a slight peak at 9 users at the beginning of October.

Lastly, Major Cineplex maintained a steady download rate, with minor fluctuations between 3 and 6 downloads towards the end of the quarter. Active users increased slightly from 8 to 15 by the end of December.
